Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Order Cutoff Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after the order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Shipping Carriers:
We primarily use FedEx and DHL for international shipping. Tracking numbers are provided by email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Coverage:
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, and most regions in Africa.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Fees:
Free shipping is available for eligible orders. Otherwise, shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment.

Taxes and Duties:
All orders are shipped from our warehouse.

Tracking Your Order:
