Return & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience worry-free. Please review our policy below for clear information on cancellations, returns, and refunds.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment or production. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To start a return, please contact our customer service at usaxblhair@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address. Items returned without an RMA cannot be processed for a refund.

Please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Clear photos showing the unused condition of the item


Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized products — including any orders paid via a custom draft payment link without an associated product page — are considered custom orders and are not eligible for return or refund.


Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to the customer’s reason (e.g., wrong order, change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or taxes incurred.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or verified product defect not caused by the customer), XBL Hair will cover the return shipping fee once confirmed by our support team.
    Please report such cases within 3 business days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

Products returned used, damaged by the customer, missing packaging, or received after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take several business days before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at usaxblhair@gmail.com.


Anti-Fraud Statement

To protect our customers and business integrity, XBL Hair USA (operated by Xibolai Trade Limited, registered in the U.S. in January 2024) reserves the right to refuse suspicious or fraudulent return/refund requests. Misuse of the return policy may result in account restrictions or legal action.
